Slug version of Sage Mode doe not exist. You also forgot to include Hashirama's version of Sage Mode which is unknown. Also, I think the Snake version of Sage Mode is translated as Dragon.

that might be because he was fighting edos for which RDS was the most apt one. may be if he was taking Oro alone he could have used it. it is just a speculation and there are many reasons to think like this. whether he has SM or not is speculative

Correct, however, it is still unknown if Tsunade has it. Until it is confirmed, it is only speculated or can be theorized.

It's not speculated or Theorized that there is a slug sage mode what is speculated/ theorized is that Tsunade has it. Regardless of whether she does or doesn't it is still stated to be one of the 3 sage locations.
