Ftg V2 is the ability to FTG to moving targets....were with the original ftg (Tobiramas) you can only ftg to things that are not walking or running.... targets with motion basically, some tobirama fans may say that he ftg to a moving minato lol... but he didnt minato still had both feat planted on the ground then switched with tobirama before the force became to much, and was knocked off his feet... if minato took the brute force of that jutsu to the point were he was knocked off his feet... THEN WOULDNT HIS EDO BE DAMAGED???? he stood his ground! Proof???

Lets not forget the speed of ftg and it wouldnt take long for the switch.... also They didnt really PUSH the jutsu until this point!!

Now the original proof of ftg V2... Obito knew all there was to know about his sensei and his wife... you think obito wasnt familiar with ftg lol...obito didnt expect minato to transport to the moving kunai...and that is why minato won against obito... Look at obitos reaction to minato using Ftg V2!!!

No, I never said Tobirama can do it because Minato can. I think Tobirama can do it because regardless of if what he's tagged is moving, the tag is still there. Therefore, he can still go to it.

Both Tobirama & Minato can FTG to a moving target. There's no reason why they can't. Minato's use of FTG though is more versatile as he incorporated his FTG seal to his kunai's. Thus, he can spread it freely to the battle field giving him advantage of jumping to any location he wishes which is also good for evading and attacking his opponents.
