Ftg V2 is the ability to transport to moving objects! That is an ability tobirama doesn't have as well as the ability to warp anything that touches your chakra known as space time barrier! Deal with it....

Obito was fighting his sensei and madara who trained him likely explained ftg on top of the knowledge that obito knew.... the reason obito loss was because he was unaware that minato could ftg to the moving kunai!!! /thread lol

Hasnt he telported to moving kunai before without mention of this LvL 2? wouldnt it be illogical for FTG only to work on stationary targets?

V2 .. anime did it wrong sure he teleport to flying kunai but trick was that FTG kunai changed trajectory 180 degrees and this was done by s/t too then he jumped to kunai
