If Kakashi was the villain he would mess the world as badly as Obito did. With Kakashi's intelligence, one of the OPest techniques in Narutoverse and everything else he has (Obito's level genjutsu, ninjutsu master, clone feint mastery, 6-gated Guy's speed) he'd cause havoc.

Kakashi would exquisite as an antagonist. He would need to possess a more menacing demeanor as he doesn't look too intimidating in my opinion. The Copy-Ninja has the back-story [Father, mother, teacher, best friend all died and in addition to that, he had to murder his team-mate] which would influence to lack empathy toward this reality like Nagato or Obito. He would have his ocular power and the mask covering his identity. He would be a watered down version of Obito.. Unless of course, he got another dojutsu or a biju or something of that nature.
