Like the title says. Which is the most powerful eye tech in all of anime, can it be one of the dojutsus? Or is it some sort geass? Maybe Alpha stigma or some other cursed eye?

Geass worked pretty fine for Lelouch. I mean, "All hail Lelouch, all hail Lelouch" if you know what I mean.

Other than that the Rinnegan is the best to kill because of the OP techniques.

Normal eye but "perfect" is King Bradley's eye but no hugeass techniques here.

So if you want "genjutsu", geass is your eye but you have to use it wisely because it's an one time thing. If you want destruction then it's the rinnegan although the techniques are not even "eye techniques" but anyway.
I would be satisfied even with King Bradley's eye
