Part 1 and Part 2 power scaling gap, there really is no gap

Nearly everybody on here thinks that Part 2's power scaling is so much greater than Part 1, as if every character is stronger in Part 2 than every Part 1 character. This isn't the case.

What I mean is, Shippuden came out a week after Part 1 ended. It's not like Kishimoto just decided, "I'm going to make every Part 2 character strong af now". Kishimoto is just focusing more on stronger ninja. Allow me to explain:

In most of Part 1, nearly 3/4 of the battles were Genin vs Genin or Chuunin vs Chuunin. It focused nearly half the time on the Chuunin exams and the other fourth on rescuing Sasuke.

In Part 2, Kishimoto is showing the top ninja of all time fights. He has shown all Akatsuki fights, Sannin fights, etc. There hasn't been at least one Genin vs Genin or Chuunin vs Chuunin fight in Shippuden yet, We think the power scaling is different but it isn't, it's just not showing weak Genin and Chuunin fight. Just S-rank ninja mostly.

Also, people think all Part 1 characters are automatically fodder because they don't compare to the characters in the current chapters. Ok this is honestly the dumbest thing I ever heard. Right now Kishi is showing the top ninja of all time. He's showing Madara and all the previous Hokage who were dead even before Part 1 ended.

Basically what I'm trying to say is, Part 2 is just focusing on S-rank level fights, not Genin fights in the Chuunin exams. Also, just because a ninja doesn't compare to the top 10 ninja of all time doesn't make them fodder, and just because a character is Part 1 doesn't mean they automatically lose to a character in Part 2.

I want to point out that Ino was pretty smart resourceful in her chunin exam match up against Sakura..
she cut her hair and put on the acting performance of a life time.. and she used wires in her hair connecting with chakra
to paralyze Sakura temporarily.. for her Mind Transfer jutus.. how clever... Inner Sakura broke it though..

I agree to an extent though I think most people say it does due to the fight between Hiruzen and Orchimaru from part 1. Don't get me wrong it was good fight but small in scale to some that we have seen now.

Hiruzen was OLD & holding back & emotional .. & Orochimaru was playing around & taunting & being careless.

Well of course they got stronger but I'm talking about characters like Kimimaru, Hiruzen, Zabuza etc.

Hiruzen was OLD & holding back & emotional & Orochimaru was not in his real body,so not in his full strength like he was when hailed as a sannin.remember,he became careless and obsessed with sharingan against itachi and itachi took this opportunity to cut his arms,and he had to change his body,to regain all his jutsu's......

Its funy cuz Part 1 Naruto can beat the majority of K11.
Part 1 Naruto beats:Hinata,Kiba,Sai,Ino,Tenten,Shino,Shikamaru,Choji and maybe Sakura.
