Sasuke's genjutsu isnt strong enough to solo. Tobirama isnt dumb enough to establish direct eye contact, especially
considering that he has sensing. Sasuke's ameterasu is a problem, but Tobirama can block it with a shield of water.

Dude, listen, i liked sasuke a lot better back when he was using real ninja arts. His character has diminished so much since obtaining the mangekyou sharingan. That being said, sage mode naruto>MS sasuke. Minato and tobirama are too fast for amaterasu, they can outlast susano, and they're both sensing ninjas. As far as hashirama goes, clearly sasuke isn't strong enough. Going back to hiruzen... Although he is being painted as the fourth strongest hokage, he still has a larger arsenal than any of the other kages. He has been stated as stronger than onoki, the 3rd raikage, the 3rd tsuchikage, and the mizukage. The only kage that i see sasuke beating is tsunade. That being said, she has great regenerative abilities, but sasuke is smarter in my opinion.

Sasuke has good techniques that are pretty powerful by themselves. The hokage may not have the same amount of potent techniques as he does, but they do use what they have in a better way. It's really the quality in which they can use a technique that sets them apart from other shinobi. Exact for maybe Hashirama, his abilities just seem to be overpowered just all around. Once sasuke acquires a mind and mastery over what he has like Itachi or Minato they he will be nearly unbeatable.

1. You are neglecting the fact that Sasuke was forbidden from trying to kill Kabuto, instead opting for non lethal means to capture or incapacitate him.

2. Kabuto is heads and shoulders above any current Kage, thus I see no shame in being bested by him.

I just saw people giving some pretty strange responses. Sasuke couldn't even beat kabuto without itachi. Him and his "team" where afraid to bring Orochimaru back with Sasuke mentioning that Orochimaru would beat him at full power. SAUSKE SAID THIS HIMSELF. Even suigestsu said that. Sense when does having EMS sharingan make you stronger? Yeah his sharingan is more durable but that's about it. He still can't beat the hokages. He's barely keeping up with Naruto and Minato right now.
