as for Tsunade, I know she one-shotted Oro but we should remember... he wasn'T at full power
I think IF Oro gets new feats he might have a chance of becoming the second strongest...
however if Tsunade goes slug sage mode she can take the 2nd spot back...

Tsunade barely makes top 30, if that. And you said it yourself, Orochimaru was sick.. hacking up blood in bed.. couldn't use Ninjutsu... and he survived against 2 half handicapped sannin's (being fully handicapped himself).

Orochimaru is also stronger than Jiraiya.. I can prove it to you if you really want to go there. I don't advise it.

healthy Oro's only feat is almost getting killed by old Hiruzen
the sick version has more feats and it still got one-shotted by Tsunade
