Sasuke will not be elected Hokage

Whats it with the base really. Sasuke says he will become hokage and he doesnt care about what people think of him. And then yall still think hes waiting to get elected??

Its obvious that he wont and that hes not planning to (<- bold because the base doesnt seem to understand this). IF he really wants to be hokage, he'd want it by force (thats what sasuke vs naruto could be about).



Note; Im not saying he will be hokage cus hes planning to do it otherwise, thats not what this thread is about. In fact, I think he wont, because hed lose the fight to BM + naruto wants this since day 1 and is the main character.

Everybody seems to be forgetting that he promised to attack Naruto before he attack the Leaf in the Land of Iron. If he is planning a coup, Naruto will remind him of that promise. They fight and Naruto tnjs him. Sasuke overcomes the curse of hatred by accepting Naruto as Hokage.
Sasuke is on the path of redemption. Thus, he won't be the final villain. He will become redeemed.

@ bold part; Sasuke didnt 'promise' naruto a fight. He said he was gna kill everyone in the leaf, including Naruto. It was nothing aimed at Naruto specifically.

I said if he was planning a coup. I didn't say he was planning a coup. I personally don't think Sasuke is planning a coup. I was offering a counter-argument to the OP.
After Naruto tells Sasuke to attack him first, in the next chapter, Sasuke agrees. "Have it your way, I'll kill you first." (487, page 2). If the Leaf Jonin say no to Sasuke being Hokage (which they will), Sasuke could plan other ways of becoming Hokage. At which point, Naruto reminds Sasuke of his promise. They fight and Naruto tnjs Sasuke. Sasuke then breaks the curse of hatred by accepting Naruto as Hokage and becoming his yin adviser since Naruto's philosophy is too yang to be effective on its own.

What Im trying to say is, Sasuke would never plan a coup, simply because he cant. No one supports him, so he cant plan one. Also the whole point of this thread is that Sasuke is not gonna wait for a no or a yes from the jonin or anyone from the leaf. As for that fight stuff, if you read the context then youll understand that sasuke is only saying that hed fight him like he was planning to 'fight' everyone in the leaf, and Naruto is saying that if Sasuke attacks the leaf, that he will defend him. This fight doesnt have other reasons than attacking/defending the leaf. Since sasuke now does not want to attack the leaf anymore, theres no point in fighting naruto (if there was, he couldve just fought him right here at the battlefield just like madara wants to fight hashirama despite the fact that obito is a treat for him as well). And what I was saying in the OP is merely a suggestion for a reason for them to still have their fight. They wont just have a fight because they hyped it in the land of iron lol that wouldnt make sense.
