Not really, Sakura is quite a joke in a fighting scenario. She effectively loses off anyone with long-range techniques. Even Shikamaru beats her in all honesty.

You could really make the case that Shikamaru would be a top 10 fighter without those crazy bijuus, uchiha bullshit, and sm to stop him. His intelligence would certainly play a bigger role in the series.

She would though, Doujutsu Sm, and TB is the only thing Naruto and Saskue had on her, she isn't the strongest but she is pretty bad ass

Naruto has:

- Shadow Clones
- Rasengan variations
- He can Summon Gamabunta, Gamahiro and Gamakichi. With them he can use Wind Release: Toad Gun, Wind Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet
- His Taijutsu was able to hold up against Itachi a sharingan user and deva path

Even without Kurama and Sage Mode he could take on Sakura and win.
