Toshiro would be a formidable counter for yama's RJ provided he improves his bankai. .still it wont be enough against yama's OP BANKAI . .he surely needs others help. .toshiro with the help of duo lik shunsui and ukitake or unohana and kenpachi would be enough to beat yama imo
