You can't say that is the Hiruzen we will see. We were surprised when Nagato was able to use his ability to regenerate to a younger healthier version. Itachi was brought back without sickness. So how do you know Hiruzen was brought back the same as before? Did he say after he was brought back that he was at his weakend state? Again you are speculating off of a single panel that the third hokage we see is the same as before. To go further you attribute his battle with Orochimaru as being his best when many others such as his personal summoning and his own student said that he is basically nothing compared to how he used to. There has been no reason for us not to believe Kishi message saying that Hiruzen full power has yet to be seen.
Tobirama stated that all of the Hokage were brought back at nearly full power. Which means Hiruzen's even weaker than before (ever so slightly), does it not? Bar the regeneration, he's still under Part 1 Orochimaru.

And now he's suddenly as fast as Tobirama and Hashirama? :|
Actually, I'm the only one who believes his own words. If he says he's under Part 1 Orochimaru, it is what it is.
The old Hiruzen crap is most likely retconned now. Kishi revived the Hokages to show their full strength. Kishi revived Hiruzen old because thats the way we knew the fella since the beginning. Theres no mention of this old age stuff anymore. This is Kishi's way of displaying Hiruzen Prime through Edo version.

I have come to understand that Hiruzen on the base is considered by most to be "fodder" I don't understand why he gets ranked so low especially if he didn't even get the chance to show his full abilities in the war yet. Shuriken Shadow Clone jutsu was just to analyze Obito's attacks. Also anyone saying he does not have an A rank technique is wrong. Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu IS an A rank technique
I find it hard to believe that someone whom both Hashirama and Tobirama believed in to protect the future shinobi could be weak.
Here is what I know
- 3rd person to earn the name "God of Shinobi. Surprisingly only 3 shinobi share this name. The SO6P, Hashirama Senju and Hiruzen Sarutobi. If Tobirama and Minato were strong, how come they never earned these titles. Hiruzen must have done something great in order to earn this nickname.
「プロフェッサー●[...]里にある全ての術を知り尽くし、かつそれらを自在に使いこなすことに由来。」
- Named "The Professor: [...] The origin [of this nickname] lies in him knowing thoroughly all the jutsu that exist in the village and also being able to use them easily at will.'
- Survived 3 Great Shinobi World Wars
Danzo admitted inferiority to Hiruzen despite having the cells of Hashirama, Izanagi and Kotoamatsukami from the eye of Shisui.

He along with the other Hokage are named the "Biggest of the big fish" implying that he is also on the level of High Kage Caliber. The statement includes Hiruzen

Kabuto even said that he was the strongest out of the 5 Kage despite his old age!

Even after Hiruzen had sealed parts of his soul away, fought for quite some time, diminished his chakra greatly with shadow clones, disarmed Orochimaru sword in close combat easily, and had the speed to sneak up in front of him and while having the sword of Kusangi pierced through him, he was still able to hold Orochimaru's soul with the Reaper for an 1 hour long.
I would just ignore that guy. He is just saying the same thing over and ignoring simple logic. He said it himself that all hokages were brought back near their full strength. The Hiruzen we saw in part 1 was noted not to be at his former strength. Since the Hokage were brought back at almost full strength it should follow that Hiruzen was brought back at the strength that wasn't shown, just how Itachi was brought back without his sickness. The handicaps (old age) they had before death should not be a factor now.

So what your saying is that when Hiruzen died he was at his strongest point in life? I mean since they were brought back a near full strength then that must me that the 69 year old Hiruzen, as by your logic, this was his lifetime full power not his hypothetical prime one.
Like I said before, even at his best, he wouldn't beat Bee, who's at the absolute end of my Top 10 (and if I didn't have characters share positions, would be #14).
