Kakashi becomes top 5

My question, Could Kakashi become top 5 if he had the sages spiritual weapons, so he'd be Itachi plus Obito combined.. kinda

To make top ten he'd have to beat out Nagato and Naruto (no ways hes beating Obito, Hashi, Madara)

Giving him a susanoo reguardless if he needs both eyes

Kakashi can't wield them and even if he could, he wouldn't be top 10. Those weapons aren't great... too situational and all the top 10 fighters (that whole tier really) is unaffected by the weapons due to poor match up. It would hinder his fighting style rather than help.
