At first i got it the wrong way. I was supposed to put Doflamingo>Ace. But now that i put more thought into it, i don't see Doflamingo beating Ace.

i can say the same thing for doflamingo, i cant see ace beating him, but we really dont know his powers that well, lets see what he can truly do then we can decide

That's why i don't see Dodo beating Ace. He's featless and i don't see him getting past Ace's destructive fire techniques. For now Ace>Doflamingo until we get more feats from him and figure out how his powers work.

what i am going by is smoker vs ace 2 years ago, and if anything smoker could have won thanks too the juute and now he has haki and got stronger doflamingo foddersized him in like less then a minute

From what we know Ace doesn't have Haki. Ace could fodderize Smoker if neither of them was intangible. Just like Vergo did. But putting that aside.

Placing Ben below a majority of the admirals is an assumption. Placing Kaido above Big Mam isn't correct. If this was the case Law would of targeted Big Mam first not Kaido.
