His shunshin isn't anything special, he isn't blitzing Kisame or anyone for that matter.Minato in base form had time to place a kunai in a different location,warp the TBB then talk to his son all before Tobirama got to the battlefield.

My main point was Tobirama not having the speed to blitz i'm not degrading his speed i'm going with what the manga has displayed, his shunshin isn't anything special.​

Besides we all know how fast he is underwater..

FTG gets absorbed, Not to mention Tobirama can still only FTG to places he has tocuhed..hard to do that in a giant dome of water
