I am confused can anyone clear this up. The databook mentions this on Tsukuyomi:

My question is regarding the bolded part and Itachi's statement. Some people believe that Itachi means that only sasuke can break tsukuyomi. I don't think so, not only because of the databook but also because obito showed that he was cautious of itachi not scared suggests that he has a counter for all his techniques. Kamui can counter susanoo and amaterasu. But his MS must be able to counter Tsukuyomi. Otherwise itachi would not be cautious of obito either if Tsukuyomi could take care of him.
Can anyone clear this up?
