Genkai is a short woman standing at 4'-3". She has shoulder length pink braided or wavy hair and wears a red and white martial arts suit. Sometimes she can be seen wearing a cap over her hair. In missions or during tournaments she covers her face to keep her identity hidden.
Personality:

Genkai has a very focused attitude towards her goals. She tends to be non-social with the exception of a few collages, but those close to her know her as a compassionate person. Sometimes she can be snide in her remarks quickly upsetting those around her. This comes out when training with others and in combat. In battle she is quick to analyze abilities giving her a distinct advantage in the field.

History:

Genkai was born in Konohagakure during the Third Ninja War. When the Konohagakure 11 enter the ninja academy she is 18 years old. Both of Genkai's parents are from the Yamanaka Clan. They died during the war and Genkai has no other living relatives. From an early age Genkai had a sharp intuition. When Genkai was 13 she became a jounin. As a jounin she was most often assigned to ransom missions. This suited her sharp intellect. By the time she was 15 she was assigned her first squad. Genkai shows little patience in training, and only one squad has made it past the first day.Kakashi and Genkai share very similar ideals in teaching. The main difference between the two is Kakashi tends to take a hands off approach, while Genkai tends to scrutinize everything. Genkai prefers to break down students emotionally and physically before showing them compassion. This is what leads to most students quitting. Often times she'll skimp on her lower rank missions and assign them as "Training" for potential candidates. Genkai prefers to stay out of the politics of the village. From time to time she competes in ninja tournaments. She owns a small house near Ino's flower shop. When she isn't busy with training or research, she hangs out with her colleagues in the Yamanaka Clan.

Note: I plan to submit a custom fighting style for Genkai's chakra control techniques later. For now I didn't list any custom techniques, but mentioned it in the history.
~Approved~ edited hell of a lot of stuff. You do not have any kind of chakra control techs, you have no guarantee you will ever have them, so YOU DO NOT WRITE THAT YOU HAVE, you have no sensing abilities, no nothing. Also only following the template half and half. Normally this should be declined
