scenario 1: full intell on each other.
i give team 1 high difficulty

lets break it down to guy vs kisame and kakashi vs itachi
with full intell most of itachi's attack are useless and low stamina will cause him defeat
to avoid amaterasu kakashi use ground and attacks from inside the ground most of the time
& kamui solos so kakashi wins high difficulty

guy vs kisame guy wins mid difficulty .... 7 gates GG

scenario 2 :
team 1 wins low difficulty

scenario 3:
teama 1 wins super duper high difficulty with probably by luck
jk team 2 wins low to mid difficulty.

It depends on how match ups go no matter what Gai is always a perfect counter for Kisame just because Gai Is incredibly fast and elusive and doesn't use chakra and kisame uses large area jutsu's and chakra absorbtion jutsu's. however itachi is the wild card because unless kakashi can get a lucky kamui witch is not likely judging by how intelligent itachi is, Itachi does have a huge advantage against kakashi and gai with his ms techs amaterasu, tsukunomi, and sasunoo. So I'll go with kisame and itachi in all three scenario's
