This is just a Theory on my part.... The person that I think may be the Seventh Shichibukai probably barely has a chance of being one....
But if he does turn out to be a Shichibukai.... It will be an interesting thing....
Again.... This is just a Theory and I may be completely wrong.... Hope you enjoyed the Theory....

The Unknown Shichibukai
I first want you to have a look at this page.... Also note all the current Shichibukai except Doffy are or have at some point Allied themselves with Straw Hats or Luffy.... This goes for the Seventh one as well.... He has or will be allied to Straw Hats.... I will give my reasons as we proceed....
Only the High level Govt. and Marines know who the Seventh Shichibukai is.... Commandore Brannew says.... "The Person I mentioned before...."
He says this because the name of the Seventh Shichibukai has not been announced to the world.... So his name and pic is not in the newspapers....
High Marines Officials know who the Seventh Shichibukai is but they do not know he's acting on WG orders....
Every Shichibukai wannabe must either be infamous as a powerful Pirate or prove his strength to the WG before he/she is made a Shichibukai....
Teach captured Ace for WG.... Law sent hearts of 100 Pirates to WG for becoming a Shichibukai....
So what has this Seventh guy done to be a Shichibukai..?? He is infamous and therefore has almost become a Warlord but he has yet to do something more....
He has probably been asked by the High Officials of The WG to get rid of a nuisance for them.... To get rid or cripple the power of a Pirate who is abusing his power like hell.... I think they have asked him to cause trouble for Daflamingo....
And I'm not talking about Law.... His status as a Shichibukai is known to the public.... Plus Fujitora revoked it as well....
Also.... I think the WG and Marines are acting independently on Doffy's Downfall....

Why WG would want Doffy dead or powerless..??

Doffy's Trolling and Fujitora
The Seventh Shichibukai.... If indeed the WG has asked him to cause trouble for Doffy.... Must be strong to do so....
He must have some kind of power that might enable him to uncover the location of the SMILE Factory for The WG....
So if he can use his power to uncover the SMILE Factory for WG.... WG will have evidence to arrest Doffy....
But Doffy is a Big Troll.... XD XD
We already know where the SMILE Factory is.... Its below the Colosseum....
And the inside of the Colosseum has Law Impunity....
Do whatever illegal stuff inside the Colosseum and you won't be punished....
So the Colosseum needs to be completely annhilated in order to get rid of that impunity.... Fujitora has just the power.... He can simply destroy the entire Landscape beyond recognition and no one will be able to tell where the Colosseum once stood....
But that's too much destruction.... There's another guy who can accomplish it and has if not exactly the same destructive but similar powers.... The Seventh Unnamed Shichibukai....

Now I will tell who I think might be the Seventh Shichibukai.... I'll also state my reasons why I think he might be The Seventh Shichibukai.... So I think the person who might be The Seventh Shichibukai is....
My Reasons -
- Bartolomeo's Barrier Power when used offensively can be used to destroy any structure....
- Has his own agenda.... He seems to have something troublesome in his briefcase....
- His shock on learning Luffy is inside The Colosseum makes things interesting....
(i) It shows he isn't allied with Doffy.... If he was he'd knew about Luffy coming....
(ii) He was shocked on learning Luffy's presence.... It's like he doesn't want Luffy to be there.... It will create a hindrance in his plans....
(iii)Also Bartolomeo wants the Mera Mera No Mei for "someone".... I think that someone has got something to do with Luffy....
(v) Mihawk has trained Zoro....
Hancock loves Luffy and has helped him a number of times....
Kuma saves the SH's from Kizaru by sending them flying in different directions....
Law is allied to SHs....
Buggy had temporarily allied with Luffy in Impel Down and Marineford War Arcs....
So.... Bartolomeo will also be allied to SHs and by the end of this Arc.... We will probably know for whom Barto
wants Mera Mera No Mei.... And Luffy will let him have Mera Mera Fruit....
(vi) I think.... Bartolomeo has two reasons for coming to the Colosseum....
a) To cause trouble for Doffy for The WG as a Shichibukai....
b) To get Mera Mera No Mei for that "someone...."
- Right Now.... The WG has the best chance to bring down Doffy.... That's because Ceaser (Doffy's Key Player in SMILE Scam) is out of Punk Hazard.... I think Smoker's Report plays a Big Role here....
- The Marines have tried to infiltrate the Competition from inside as well.... But as we know Bartolomeo beat up the Vice Admiral who had entered the competition for avenging his crewmate.... Barto is acting for WG while Marines are acting independently....
- Right now....
(i) Many of Doffy's Allies and other criminals are in Derossera....
(ii) The Marines probably know The Factory Location.... That's why they are there....
- The WG has already trolled everyone including the Marines about Doffy's resignation because they allowed Doffy to use his Special Authority....
- Now The WG sending The Seventh Shichibukai without telling The Marines would make the Marines more annoyed....
