[Discussion] Oda's decision was....

Oda's decision was very damn brilliant, creating an Anime with the concept of a vast, full of adventures sea. He can create DFs no know could think about, new islands, and new enemies. bring people from the Navies past, and old pirates creating two damn EPIC eras inside the Anime. Even, lets say the Anime goes for about 1M episodes, though the Anime wont suck !



I want to know what do you think about Oda's decision. BYE !

Somehow I think once the anime finish until last chapter of One Piece. Give it 2 decades. Probably in year 2040 or year 2050 the anime will be remade in full high definition with quality of drawing-style and animation like Fate\Zero.

That most likely won't happen. It's true that Oda has little to no authority when it comes to the animation of One Piece, but he's been stating that he don't want to redo anything. I can't really speak for him, but I'm sure he wants to show the next generations what he makes today and not some remade version of One Piece in the future.

On topic; his decision was brilliant. He brought a new kind of idea that had this kind of potential, and that was when he was still inexperienced as a mangaka.
