What is the concept behind Yagura's jutsu, anyone know?

Bold. That is your answer. The water acting as a mirror. No one said it can be a physical copy such as a clone. It is just water taking form. Besides, the Rasengan is just raw, rotating chakra.

Seriously of all the crazy nonsense in Naruto this is where you draw the line.

The reflection creates a clone which creates a rasengan through the jutsu, the same way it would create a clone who could create a fireball. Rasengan is a jutsu anyone who puts in the time and effort can do it is not a chakra nature jutsu like it seems you are thinking it is.

There is no magic or super human it take real stratigy and when you die that's it unless you are a human that can turn into a titan and even that you can still be killed

OT: I would like to see Yagura using this technique while Itachi uses Totsuka Blade to seal him... I wonder what would happen ?

It could be even more creazier then Itachi's Totsuka blade clashed with Mirrored Totsuka blade lol, or Mirrored Totsuka blade being blocked by Yata Mirror... or Real Totsuka Blade clashing with Mirrored Yata Mirror... just thinking about it make me crazy

I would like to see how Kishi could come out with that situation...
