I'm going to go over the growth in Sasuke's chakra prowess and why we can safely tie Susanoo to the users chakra potency as a whole. This should be obvious as Susanoo manifests the users chakra but apparently it is not, so I decided to make this post to provide clarity. Mostly, I'm combating this idea that Sasuke's strength and abilities have not improved other than acquisition of new techniques since gaining the MS and EMS.
Chakra Growth
To start, this is what Karin has to say regarding the growth in Sasuke's chakra.
With this we can firmly place his chakra prowess above that of the Curse Mark and Karin has tremendous credibility here as she is able to notice some of the slightest changes in chakra.
Now, this is likely a byproduct of his bodies reaction to Susanoo, greatly enhancing his chakra, as Karin has a similar reaction to his Susanoo finalizing and Obito backs it here. [Open the image in a new tab if you cannot read as Obito's statement is important.]
With this we can place his chakra prowess even higher and as this scene is presented in a similar fashion we can assume the same boost yet again, here.
Sasuke's chakra is now leaps and bounds above what it was at the start of the Kage Summit and his chakra gains yet another enhancement at the onset of EMS.
Notice the ground shaking and cracks in the cliff side in the 1st panel of the 2nd scan, that was simply cause and effect of forming his new form of Susanoo, judging by the order of events, that is simply the effect of his pure chakra.
Now, it can be directly stated, that Sasuke is currently far stronger when referring to any chakra enhanced technique than he was previously.
