It's the latter. Shedinja only has Wonder Guard. The only pokemon who have Magic Guard are the Clefairy evolutionary line.

You're right. The pokemon Sigilyph and the Solosis and Abra evolutionary lines have them as well. But not Shedinja. If it does, it's an illegitimate pokemon.

i am most certain Abra evolution does have Magic Guard

and i think Shedinja is still the only Pokemon with Wonder Guard

yeah, it's hacked, cause there is no way you can have Charizard level 1 as eggs are normally the first evolution stage
