Kakashi could warp himself out. I don't think Obito will go after Kakashi since he has the Hokage to worry about. He could probably take Kakashi as a hostage or a shield but that'll make him sound and act weak but who knows what Kakashi gonna do next

he can still help counter kamui if obito tries to use it? kakashi hasn't lost his abilities just because obito became OP

Minato and Tobirama can already counter Kamui with FTG, but I agree Kakashi can help in some way if he's all healed up.

OT: Maybe he decided he'd be more useful in Kamui dimension. Think about it, if things go as they're going now then Naruto, Sasuke, Minato and Tobirama will soon force Obito to use Kamui to protect himself. That's when Kakashi can finish what he started.
