Orochimaru is gonna arrive before the 5 kages because oro left them before tsunade even healed the others, Oro can arrive anytime now.

5 Kages might take a few more chapters to arrive but they shouldn't be too far behind Oro

Killer bee is nowhere to be found, and will join the fight soon, killer bee is the 8 tails jinchuuriki and is a target so he will have to fight soon.

Kakashi still has a role, we will probably see him a little after Oro and 5 kages show up.

Madara and Hashirama might join the fight too because madara said he was only gonna fight for a little longer.

We still haven't seen madara's trump card.

naruto, hashi, and jugo are the only one that are that have a connect with sage mode that we know of, but that doesnt mean they will be the one to beat/kill obito.

But i prefer Lee and Guy go 7 gates in this war, maybe Guy uses 8 gates and die, A & B can wait
