Another great chapter. I enjoyed it very much. You do great with the dialogue it feels like you are reading the manga. The characters are so spot on. I especially enjoyed it since there was such a short Naruto manga to read this week. I loved the part about Naruto waking up from the coma for the Ramen and that it was Iruka that brought it to him. I wish the manga would show their relationship more often since it's the only family type relationship that Naruto has had outside of Juraiya.
I guess you are building up to the Juraiya/Itachi relationship to parallel the Naruto/Sasuke relationship in some ways except that they never had the friendship, rivalry, teammate thing happen. It seems as though Juraiya trying to cover for him only added fuel to the fire. The Sages are set even if Naruto didn't recognize it right off so I guess his destiny will be coming up soon, I didn't mind the length. It took me about an hour and twenty minutes to read. I love to read so I really enjoyed it.

Indeed I suppose, as I always try my best to related as much as I can to the manga, and staying true to the characters (with some adaptations as they get older)
I was hoping that this chapter covered for the wait, as it took forever writing it xD And due to it, I might be taking a small break before I release the next one. Fear not however, chapter 28 is almost done already and 29 was written about 75 % to completion almost two years ago (I know, crazy right?).

Yeah I know! That's also one of the reason to why I'm quite... diverse when it comes to the characters I choose to include, as I try not to just have the same ones driving the plot all the time, at least when Kishi has taken his time to create so many different and unique ones, and one of them is Iruka, someone who hasn't had too much screen time in my FF so far ;D
Actually, that's one of the few "gems" that I'm not going to work much further one actually, as starting from next chapter, the... ehm, focus on this story is going to switch over to Minato, Jiraiya and Miyuki's so. But yeah, if I had decided on the story differently, I might have chosen something similar to the Naruto/Sasuke relationship for sure. You will just have to wait and see what will happen
Good to know ^_^ Although I doubt I'll ever get close to this length on a chapter ever again... At least not until I start working on the short movie, that I will end this whole series with

This was a hour and a half well spent! I enjoyed reading it very much! There a few moments where you could stop the chapter and carry the rest of the text to a new chapter, ya know =D Like when Naruto says "R-ramen?"... This is would be a decent ending XD
Regardless, I like the idea of getting everything ready at once like you did with this enormous chapter!

Yeah, I've talked some about how I could have divided this chapter, as it's practically 14 times bigger than chapters like 16 and 17 xP But if I did, the content would have become too spread out in my opinion, and fourteen chapters in row with dialogues, so close to the end and after the war ended, didn't really feel like a good idea. Besides, I need to get the story going so it was best to do it this way (the people I talked to encouraged me to do one major chapter too, and not to split it up, so... =p). But yeah, there are plenty times I could have ended this chapter, but the feel of time passing through this chapter made it more... enjoyable in my opinion, and didn't make it feel like I was just jumping through time for the sake of it.

Really loving the fact that Naruto rebuilt the Uzumaki clan! It's my favorite clan, despite everything about it being so unclear...

I think I'll stall my next chapter for a week, to let 27 shine some more, so 28 won't be released~before the Tuesday after the upcoming one. By that time, I'll try to finish the two remaining chapters of this sequel and released them all in the same week ;D

Yeah, 28 is already 100 % finished and just two clicks away if I decide so ;D
And 29 is about halfway done (did half of it back in Jan. 12, even before I started writing this sequel xD), so things are looking promising =p

Being as the war already is over, I need to just "wrap things up and prepare for the final sequel" Edit: If you really can't wait bro, I can post a short preview of the first scene of the next chapter?
As for the release schedule for next week, I'll release 28 on Monday, 29 on Wednesday and 30 on Friday! Stay tuned ;DEdit 2: Chapter 28 is 100% ready like I mentioned before, and now, 29 is finished as well (still need to polish and such though). This means only chapter 30 remains! xP And speaking of the next chapters, 29 actually turned out to be the same size as Chapter 10 was, my second biggest chapter ever, behind 27 =p

Well, the FF & AN for chapter 30 have to be special, as not only do I not know how long of a break I'll take between this sequel and starting out on the final one (might take a month's break, I don't know yet), but I'll also have some clearing out to do regarding the three next project I'll be doing as well as what do come after (final sequel - 6 chapters, Short Movie, FF about the SoSP, and then there's my original work I've been planing for ages, and a possible collaboration FF). In other words, I think I need to give you guys a heads up, so you don't mistake Chapter 30 for the end of this series xP ;DThat's another great idea! =D Those Fun facts are actually enjoyable to read
