No... there were so many threads saying that because it would have been amazing writing to string us along with the obito theory, then red herring us into a whole different person to reveal. It was obviously obito from the start, which was too obvious to the more intelligent members, which led us to believe in kishi's writing abilities more than we should have, apparently.
