How Sasuke vs Naruto will come about

Ive been trying to figure out what could happen to make Sasuke want to fight Naruto to the death and raise the stakes higher than they are right now. I think Ive got it. Sasuke's gonna throw a tantrum because so far he hasn't brought anything unique or essential to this fight. Tobirama, Minato, and Naruto make a combo team that any one of them not being a part of would seriously damage the chances of being able to get Obito. Sasuke could die and it pretty much wouldn't matter. I think hes gonna have a flashback of when they were younger and he's gonna be jealous Naruto is still surpassing him and he's gonna do something like bet his life on being able to beat Naruto and threaten the village if naruto wont fight. What do you think?

yea agreed, i mean as the manga goes on i'm getting more and more skeptical that they even are going to fight to the death. I can't see any other reason unless sasuke goes ape shit and truly wants to 'erase the past' between them.

I dont even know what the rep bar means or why its important. Seems to be alot more important to you guys because you constantly say stuff about it..I really dont get the obsession...anyways, they have to fight, Its been built up since the beginning, i'd argue that Naruto and his relationship with Sasuke is the only thing that this story has consistently centered around from beginning to end. It's not gonna end with fighting Madara or Obito. Second, Kishi is as obsessed with the law of threes as you guys are with my rep bar. Weve been teased with two fights/meetings in Shipuuden, has to happen.

Doubt it. Sasuke doesn't care that much about it, and he just figured out he wanted to do that an hour ago. And it would be anticlimatic, it would make the Obito/Madara fight the climax, and that cant be the case because they arent really the main focus of this story. Its about Naruto and Sasuke.

In Part 2, Sasuke showed no jealousy to Naruto. When Tobi told what Naruto did in the Pain Arc, he smirked and said he didn't care. When Naruto asked if he could keep up, he said he wouldn't even acknowledge that with a response.

They should fight because of their yin and yang philosophies and plans for the future, not over a character flaw that Sasuke has overcome.

Then why were the smiling like in the old times? That smile was enough to warrant dialogue. It was rather important.

Exactly. Kishi has fooled everyone again sasuke has never said why he wanted to become Hokage. There is defiantly a sinister motive behind him wanting to become Hokage.
