Restrictions: No further Edos.

Well in this case the battle would be more interesting, but I'm still learning towards team 1 with high difficulty. No one from team two has counter to Hashi's buddha statue.

Tobirama must have hand placed seals unlike Minato, and neither are getting into Madara's PS or killing the Third Raikage. Kabuto could also use sound genjutsu & Obito could Izanagi/Kamui combo one of them.

Is there a panel saying he can give KM to others?

It does mean they are fast, but Mu would be untraceable and could spring a surprise Jinton at any time when they are distracted. Obito could do the same from an intangible standpoint underground while Madara summons meteors and uses PS. The Third Raikage also has V2 and Kabuto could possibly create an opening with his sound genjustu. It would also be difficult to penetrate the Fourth Kazekage's Gold Dust. The Second Mizukage could also summon the Giant Clam to create a genjustu mist that covers a large area along with his Tyranny Boy.
