Juubito is fast but he's not instant like minato or tobirama. Sasuke was able to slow down the 3rd raigake with his MS sharingan. i can do the same..Yes juubito will be faster than the raikage but my sharingan will work​

Uh... tsukuyomi is not useless against 3 tomoe, just sasuke because they share blood, and Izanami does not work on everyone, but works especially well on obito, an izanagi user.

Until proven otherwise, Tsukuyomi is only breakable by one with the same blood as itachi, and Izanami was made SPECIFICALLY to counter izanami users.
