id say you cant tell. hashi can be a genius for all we know, but maybe his morals are better than anyone elses. when he died doesnt matter. he was about to stab and kills his self to show his guts. that doesnt make him a dumbass. just makes him strong in his morals. and maybe even intelligent for knowing madara gave him a good choice so he didnt have to watch his brother die. i guess what im saying is no way to tell whos smarter imo
