We have no proof that naruot was using his Amazing speed. In that form naruto is the fastest character in the series, kakashi would not be able to react to his speed let alone use this jutsu. The jutsu has a fast activation time for linear objects and not for moving targets. For all we know both the hokage have the speed to keep away from the jutsu. One might get caught partially but no doubt they got this.

If Kakashi can Kamui someone as fast as Naruto in BM, then why couldn't he Kamui people with much less inferior speed?

Even with Enma Hiruden still wouldn't be much of a problem in solo combat in my opinion all it would take is a lightning clone and when Enma hits him done Enma out the kakashi would take it in tai jutsu . Tsunade healing rafter is a prob though no way he could go close combat so genjutsu and ninjutsu only so fire and lightning could do the trick/ kamui as last resort. Maybe some how restrain her even for a second using clone/ headhunter jutsu kamui u know its over. Tsunade/Hiruzen together though idk that's a hard one honestly either way. 50/50 lol. Kakashi has Speed/MS/ninjutsu and other side healing/strength/ninjutsu/Enma. Really idk although I would want it to Be Kakashi lol

Keeping his Sharingan activated puts a strain on his body and chakra. He is risking his body, thus his life, activating Sharingan. He would not last long. It would create an opening for the Hokage to attack. Not only that, but they are much experience in combat and for support, Tsunade, who is a medical ninja. Tsunade healing herself and Hurizen from injury keeps them in play.
