2-it the nine tail lol the sharingan is MADE to control nine tails thats one of the secrets of the sharingan(he would've had it easier than naruto trying to control nine tail chakra)
3-that doesnt make any sense at all they never state that in manga and the only reason naruto has a large chakra pool is because of the seal slowly leaking nine tail chakra into his chakra system, who's to say the fourth could do the same to sasuke?

No, you need large chakra reserves to suppress the Tailed Beasts chakra, something established by Yamato when he talked to Naruto about using the 9 tails chakra.

Being consumed by hatred like Sasuke makes it impossible for him to properly use the 9 tails chakra, you have to let go of your hatred, something Sasuke hasn't done.
