[Question] A little bio

I have a few questions since my first bio got declined. I tried asking this else where but got no response. Any help would be appreciated.

1. If I have a bio with a character that's from Amegakure, can I get trained for a dog contract from Kakashi? If so, how do I go about doing this training? I was told to have a dog contract you have to be from the Inuzuka clan. They way I understand, Kakashi's not from the clan and his summon is different than the Inuzuka clan dogs.

2. What clans are available for somebody from Amegakure. It doesn't look like any of the standards clans have been made such as Fuma, Akumu, Kurayami, or Moumakami Clan. The only ones I've seen are a few custom clans.

If you're from Kiba's clan you can get a dog contract.

You can have Konohagakure in Village of Birth and Amegakure in Village of Alliance. That way you can be an Inuzuka and be part of Amegakure.

In order to have the Dog contract, you need to either ask the owner of the Custom Dog Contract [Kirabi, an NB member] or have a Kakashi bio and Kakashi bios have got their own rules

Is there a thread that has all the summons both standard and custom with their requirements? I see that if you want a contract for a summon from the show, you either have to be the character from the show or get trained it it.
