Fair to say Naruto got the full experience from Jiraya and not Sasuke with Orochimaru

Orochimaru like we all know wanted Sasuke's body, he couldn't have Sasuke become insanely powerful to surpass himself. Jiraya on the other hand knew Naruto had his same will of fire so he had no reason to not teach him everything.

Yeah, but was that so different from Naruto and Jiraiya? J man has one of the most beautiful arsenal in the Naruto series, but when Naruto came back, all he could do was make a decently bigger rasengan. He was more competent to be sure, and his taijutsu and quick thinking increased, but the same can be said of Sasuke, and he mastered a plethora of techniques. I don't think either got the full experience. Jiraiya didn't even exploit the Shadow Clone training method, when he was a clone user himself. He didn't even explain to Naruto how his signature technique works.

Naruto is a little slower of a learner, sasuke on the other hand could of learned those techniques orochimaru knows he was vastly inferior to sasuke his only strong point is the secrets he kept from him and obviously experience.
