Some advice would be nice you guys. I'm truly a laid back guy, nothing ever bothers me. But I'm one of those guys that when he reaches his limit I stress out, get angry with everyone. I like to go to the gym or chill with my dogs, but I'm not able to do that right now. Ideas

Get a deck of cards shuffle them and flip them over one at a time do the number on the card in push ups till your to tired. To be mad

Why don't you exercise now? Some pushups or situps should do. Find a good movie or something funny to watch. Or eat some good food! And if all else fails, go to sleep or take a nap.

Talk to some friends and take your mind off things. You can also watch some comedic videos on YouTube to help you relieve stress. Listening to music also helps. If those don't help, try resting. That will help calm you.

Listen to music to relax and since u enjoy the gym do pull ups or push ups.

Actually exercise while watching a movie. Do some crunches while watching you'll start forgetting you're even doing them.

If its really bad just ask yourself the folowing three questions. Why is this stressing me out? Can I myself do something about it? Why is it so important?

If you cant answer all three then that means its not so important. These questions are just to help you distance yourself from the situation and in a way separates the tedious from the priorities.

honestly, rub one out, you'll forget all about it and your hormones will drop. After that, eat a banana. They're high in tryptophan and B6 which will both make you happier and lower your stress levels.
