Kakazu and Hidan win. Hidan can get infront of Kakazu and distract the Bros long enough for Kakazu to get out his Fuuton, Raiton, and Katon mask. Then the element spam happens. Whoever is holding the Fan will get beat by Hidan, due to Hidan's superior CQC while the other gets fried with Katon + Fuuton. When one of the bros goes V2, Raiton finishes it or the blood ritual.

Kakuzu knows best to keep his distance as he knows the brothers, he just needs to abuse his attacks as they won't effect Hidan while taking out the brothers. He also has the element advantage because he is able to fuse two elements to beat one affinity.
