Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

With a steady hand; Danzo removes the bandages from his right eye and stares deeply into your soul, trapping you in an illusion where you see yourself transformed into a mass of paper and then lit on fire, which for inexplicable reasons (not counting the raw horror of the sensation) causes a drop in your motoric capabilities.

Darui stares intently at Danzo as he unravel the bandages from his right eye, "Ah, the sharingan, as a great man once said, Just how much can you see with those eyes?.", all of a sudden the surroundings of Darui seemed unnatural as he noticed his body in the form of a sheet of wiggly paper, not only that Darui also came to notice that his paper body started to ignite from his feet upwards, knowing that something like this was near impossible, if not truly impossible, it had to be an Illusion, Darui knew this because he was staring directly into Danzo's eyes as he unraveled the bandages from his right eye, Darui then released a surge of unfocused lightning energy through his entire body, causing the illusion to be released and broken.
Upon awakening from the illusion Darui saw the old man dashing towards him while also creating a wooden shurikken which formed out of his back, the shurikken was then launched at Darui, he then immediately focused his black lightning chakra throughout his entire body while also performing the ram hand seal and creates a black panther composed of electricity which emanates from his body and dashes forward, the black panther then runs into the wooden shurikken destroying it while also continuing towards Danzo.
Upon awakening from the illusion Darui saw the old man dashing towards him while also creating a wooden shurikken which formed out of his back, the shurikken was then launched at Darui, he then immediately focused his black lightning chakra throughout his entire body while also performing the ram hand seal and creates a black panther composed of electricity which emanates from his body and dashes forward, the black panther then runs into the wooden shurikken destroying it while also continuing towards Danzo.

As the Black Panther crashes through the wooden shuriken and continues onwards; Danzo reacts by taking an extra-long step forward with his right leg and entering the Kyōkiken-state. At the same time; the Root Commander's right eye pierces the depths of your soul and catches you in an S-ranked illusion where you see him performing three handseals before being hit by the Panther and disappearing in an explosion of electricity. A feeling of absolute victory surges through you for a moment before you feel a kunai slash your throat and a hot breath on your neck. In reality; the old warmonger seems to flow forwards weightlessly on one leg for half a heartbeat, but then his left leg jerks rightwards in a counter-clockwise motion that sends Danzo's body spinning 180 degrees about, allowing him to lean leftwards - now sharing your left and right - on his right leg and take a long half-step to the left with his left leg, effectively escaping the claws of the incoming panther. To bring himself about again; Danzo simply swings his right leg around in a counter-clockwise motion, completing the circle and coming about to face you again.

Darui sees as Danzo is hit by the black panther but then all of a sudden he disappears, and Darui starts feeling this presence breathing into his neck from behind, there couldn't have been a chance that this man could best the speed of his black panther and appear behind him almost instantaneously, that is the speed of the Raikage, but then again perhaps not even the Raikage is that fast, it had to be an illusion, and what pretty much makes Darui's conclusion partially true is the fact that he was staring into the mans eyes before this all happened, Darui then swiftly removed a kunai from ninja tools pouch and lodged it deep within his left upper arm, this pain would be sever enough to break the illusion and regulate Darui's chakra flow.
Upon awakening from the illusion Darui sees that Danzo is still standing before him and releases a kunai directly at Darui, he then places his right hand onto the hilt of his broadsword on his and unsheaths it viciously while swinging it in a crescent shape and releasing a red crescent wave of chakra that easily deflects the kunai and heads directly towards Danzo.
Darui then rips a piece of his top off and wraps it tightly around his left arm after removing the kunai he had jabbed in his arm to release the genjutsu, so that the piece of cloth would stop him from bleeding to death.
Upon awakening from the illusion Darui sees that Danzo is still standing before him and releases a kunai directly at Darui, he then places his right hand onto the hilt of his broadsword on his and unsheaths it viciously while swinging it in a crescent shape and releasing a red crescent wave of chakra that easily deflects the kunai and heads directly towards Danzo.

(Since you didn't state whether your 'chakra wave' was expelled diagonally, vertically, horizontally or otherwise, I'll go with a diagonal wave, which would match a pretty 'standard' angle for when one unsheathes a sword from his side. I hope you don't mind ^^)

Danzo's eyes widen as you expel the red chakra wave and the elderly Shinobi immediately reacts by, once again, entering the Kyōkiken-state and taking a half-step to the left, leaning onto the outstretched left leg and arching his body rigidly leftwards to match the angle of your wave, allowing it to pass by mere inches from Danzo and leave him unharmed. At the same time; the Root Commander stares deeply into your soul once more, capturing you in an S-ranked illusion where you see him follow his dodge up with a torrent of of wooden spikes, originiating from his right arm, that zoom directly towards you with the intention to skewer you through your chest and abdomen.
~The timing of the illusion should interrupt your makeshift bandaging, leaving you still bleeding profusely.

I'm sorry about my lack of description, I will be more descriptive next time but the way you assumed is exactly the way I released the crescent chakra wave ^^

Seeing the root commander dodge his crescent chakra wave so easily, Darui just smirks and thinks to himself that the old man has some pretty good skills as he sheathes his blades again, Darui then watches Danzo's movements and takes note that the old man moves on a much swifter level than normal, and Darui then realizes that the old root commander must be using some sort of jutsu to increase his swiftness in his movements, Darui sees Danzo releasing a torrent of wooden spikes from his right arm that shoots towards him, Darui then focuses his black lightning and then releases it all around his body, as the lightning is released a single bolt of lightning is manipulated to shoot from the lightning surrounding Darui, this bolt of lightning then forms into a large black lightning lion, as the bblack lightning lion and the wooden spikes collide the wood simply vanishes as the lightning hits it breaking the link of the genjutsu as the black lightning lion bolts forward towards Danzo, as Danzo is about to defend against the lightning, Darui quickly wraps up his wound before executing his next attack.
Darui then performs a set of handseals, and stomps his right foot onto the ground and causes several tentacle shaped ropes of storm to shoot up from the ground all around Danzo's location, the tentacles are then manipulated into wrapping all around Danzo's body while also paralyzing him upon contact.
Seeing Danzo possibly being paralyzed from the storm tentacles, Darui holds his hands together and faces it into the direction of the old root commander, he then pours storm chakra to his hands and a bright halo starts to form all around Darui's hands, he then releases the storm chakra and shoots out several bright beams of light, which Darui guides to hit several fatal spots on Danzo's body.
"let's see if your movements is swift enough to dodge my storm."
