But it is, as it is that whole class of ninja who genma has shown to be a part of since the beginning of naruto. Also genma always has a senbon in his mouth so yes obvious genma is obvious

I think his hair is light brown so that's why it's white. Genma has always been drawn with white hair in the manga.
