One question about Obito

Why in the hell hasn't he done infinite tsukiyomi yet? He's the juubi jinchuriki, he now has conciousness, why isn't he just finishing his plan and being done with it. Now some of you may say, oh, he's only fighting EVERYONE right now, tsuki no me takes time to prepare. Welllll, why couldn't he just warp into his dimension, roflstomp kakashi, and then just peacefully proceed with the plan? Anybody have an idea as to what the hell obito is doing?

Plot is a terrible excuse for not executing the plan that only took the entirety of naruto to conceive. I just don't know why he isn't even TRYING to pull it off

Because he's unable to perform the Tsukuyomi in the first place? This is what Madara was for. If every step of the his masterplan could be done by him alone, what would he need Madara for? Madara is the one with the EMS and the jutsu's that come with it.

Well with your solution, He couldn't cast it in the dimension as there is no moon.

There's a lot about the Juubi we don't know yet. Being its jinchuuriki may have given him a lot of more powers that are even beyond the infinite tsukuyomi. Perhaps he's going to perform the rinne tensei without dying, or make someone do it. I don't know, anything could happen at this point.
