If I had to bet on it, my vote would go to Naruto because they are clearly connected even beyond bloodline, I don't see any character having this special link but him, it's obviously not about power.

I honestly think no one will be. It would be kinda unfair for Naruto to be that powerful. There's also the Naruto Sasuke rivalry and I don't think Kishi would make him as strong as the sage. The strongest I see him becoming is being on par with Hashirama and Madara.
