not a fanboy (am a fan of itachi/tobirama/minato/madara) but i will give you my honest opinion :

minato's superior : debatable (can agree with both sides).

madara's superior : HELL NO (madara is stronger).

but he is definitely stronger than the rest you mentioned and am quite sure you're familiar with the word "AMBUSHED" (they were prepared/planed to take him down and how to do it).

the only way you can come up with you conclusion/view/angle is if you simply started with the hating then thought of a way to hate on tobirama.

No it wasn't. You claim that he got beat by Gin & Kin and then finished off by some fodder jonin. We don't know who they are. All we know is that they were elite ninja from kumogakure. Not many can win against 20 elite ninjas.
