If either obito or madara or whoever end up being the final villain(seems likely obito is the last guy naruto fights, besides maybe sasuke for hokage rights) he will end it with a normal rasengan.

He will be out of power, will have no cloak or anything or sage mode(something will most likely happen during the story that obito loses the juubi and naruto takes him out)

I dunno. Just my prediction.
I just see a very weak but determined naruto make one last desperate heroic move instead of a super powered naruto just owning him.

if it would have killed kabuto he would not have any role in part 2, but he did. you say that like kabuto was a fodder. kabuto just bested shizune and tsunade in part 1. making him very skilled, plus he used massive healing on himself so he wouldn't die. ANNNNND that was his first rasengan it has improved tenfold since then. rasengan is awesome and the 4th used it to take down obitio pre juubito. so yes rasengan is amazing even though naruto spams it.
