Kakashi's Raikiri is Lightning attack , does he use natural lightning to do so ? no , he transforms his chakra into lightning because he has a lightning affinity.

Sasuke use real/natural lightning for Kirin and add to it a little bit of his own chakra to shape it into a dragon and controls it.

When senjutsu is involved, a new type of chakra is created, here with Kirin, we only lightning plus Sasuke's chakra to direct it.

He draws natural lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his strike and controls it with chakra.

He controls the lightning. Senjutsu chakra is not involved in the matter.

I get it but you forgot something.

Kirin is just lightning controlled by Sasuke but senjutsu is not natural energy controlled by chakra. Senjutsu is a mix of natural energy and chakra. It's a new form of chakra. But Kirin is still only lightning. It's not chakra.

True, but the natural energy component of Senjutsu is what's allowing it to harm Obito (logical deduction). With this being the case, Kirin should be capable of harming Juubito as it's Natural energy.

Same. We haven't seen Kirin in 250 chapters (5+ years), its due for a comeback IMO.
