No i dont think so 'cos what obito attacked was tobirama's clone which then executed the series-of-exploding-tag jutsu. I think the Onmyouton stuff is those hovering black orbs, its exactly what his staff is made of and its exactly what he used on hiruzen...so your guess is as good as mind.
