He doesn't have the body, people don't get that :/ maybe if he gets Senju's DNA, that's the only way possible for him to learn senjutsu, other than that PS.

but would he have to back into that little barrel again to advance his curse mark and all that and he might have to get his curse seal resealed by kakashi sounds like yo much just for him to get sage mode of Curse mark stage 2

Getting in that barrel was a process that altered his body to be able to withstand the cursemark lv2 Sasuke's body is still compatible with the CM and this is proven by the fact that Sasuke can receive flesh and chakra from Juugo without violent after affects.
