I don't think he does, otherwise he would have picked up on what Naruto did, considering how analytical he is.

Then again, maybe Sasuke honestly did miss it. He should be able to differentiate between the Senjutsu and regular chakras.

Personally, I'd like to think he didn't pick up on it. It's cool seeing Naruto surpass Sasuke in every aspect.

Well, kabuto talked a little about it in the fight. So he has a basic knowledge. He had an imperfect version of the sage transformation(cursed mark). Maybe it'll take him sometime. I guess he just knows the very basic of it, he barely knows anything.
