would itachi fall victim to the curse of hatred

Would he be a victim of the curse of hatred if it weren't for shisui and kagami. Shisui really influenced itachi and kagami influenced him so what do you think.?

I dont think Shisui influenced Itachi in that way.

Itachi said that Shisui taught him that ; to be a Shinobi means to protect from shadows, nothing more, nothing less.

Itachi did what he did without loosing himself because that is how he was.

Itachi and Shisui were the exceptions to the rule. That's why their bond of friendship was so deep. They were almost like brothers. Good people

if they didn't influence Itachi.. well Itachi already admitted to doing things wrong and becoming dependent on his own power and being almost arrogant.. or maybe just over confidant and trying to do everything on his own.

but since he was 4years old he knew how horrific War was and he had a Hokage level brain when he was 7..
so I don't think the hatred would have affected his mind & heart..
