I believe so, all in all, Shikamaru is deadly. He's not brute but he can take down opponents with the use of others abilities. This cannot be overlooked.

Who do you see in her place or is she not on the list at all? She survived being killed by Madara. I'm sure Madara thought she was dead, with her being cut in half and all but that doesn't deserve respect at all.

I would have replaced with Ay.
Though Killer Bee is stronger than Ay I still feel that 9-15 needs to fixed.

Looking at the thread title this is playing into the people who have the most use at this particular moment in time.


The only thing I'd add would be Hiashi or Hinata (though most would say Hiashi). The Hyuga's Gentle Fist is possibly another counter to Obito. While it may not damage his outside...it can still affect him and his chakra on the inside.

Tsunade has proven she's above Ay, Ay now has one arm, Juugo fought 2 handed Ay, Shikamaru is more valueable on a larger scale of perception. If I pick 15, I'm picking Shikamaru before everyone below him on my list for sure.

You put Gaara below Shikamaru. You have Shikamaru and Tsunade up there but you didn't include: Kakashi, Itachi, Nagato or Kisame.
