Lets start with Sasuke.
It is not likely that Sasuke will get or have any type of Sage mode in this fight with Jubito. The two strong possibilities of power he'll have or gain will either be the other half of Kurama inside Minato or seeing his special power that he obtained with ems and/or Perfect Susanoo.
We know that Jugo merged some of his chakra and body to Sasuke, but that doesn't automatically mean he has Sage mode. At most little things could have changed. Like Sasuke's body and chakra could have been more enhanced, his body can feel natural energy, or LATER on in life he could learn some type of Sage mode. But at the moment we should just rely on his sharingan abilities or the possibility of him getting the other half of kurama or maybe Naruto sharing some of Kurama's power.
Now Naruto.
Everybody believes that Naruto is going to get the other half of the kurama's chakra but that's not going to happen. At most he is probably only going to get a percentage of it, but in no way is he going to get all of it. But most likely he isn't going to get any of it.
Naruto will gain a weapon once he mixes his sage mode with his KCM. It will form from the yellow chakra surrounding him just as Obito formed his staff from the chakra of the jubi. His weapon will be a yellow sword and plants will grow from it because of the nature energy merging with KCM/Sage chakra. As in the picture above you see the So6P having both the staff and a sword on his back. Naruto will have the sword.
Now Minato.
He'll die. But the question is how. Is he going to give some of the chakra to Naruto or die sacrificing himself to save someone on the battle field? Could go either way actually. I wouldn't be surprised if it was both. Also to the people who are asking how does he have the same mode as Naruto. I have possibilities.
1. Minato made an agreement with Kurama and told him to help him and in return he'll make Kurama whole again.
2. Minato knows some type of seal that allows him to steal the fox's power.
So summary of future predictions:
Sasuke has or will gain power either through Naruto, kurama from minato, or his EMS. Naruto will merge Sage mode with his KCM and gain a sword made of chakra and Minato will die.

thus he is full of hatred, if he ''does'' get the ''kurama's half chakra'' in about couple of seconds kurama would take over his body.
